Ayurveda is an ancient medical treatment procedure or a system that primarily targets at maintaining mental and physical health for each individual according to body and skin type. It includes treatment like physiotherapy and makes use of oils along with movements to induce soothing sense that helps in building a healthier mind and spirit. In ancient times, Ayurveda used to be an effective practice aimed at creating harmony in human body and assumed as a mix of various energies as in the modern world. Yet, today in India, Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Massage is extensively common to balance a healthy lifestyle and it is not limited to massage only as it include several techniques like detoxification, herbal and diet control, meditation and yoga. Due to its effectiveness, Ayurvedic massage is quite common among celebrities to maintain their health and spirit to perform better.

Ayurvedic spa or treatment is actually a type of massage involving tapping, kneading, squeezing and strokes with essential oils that fit your skin type. Usually, therapist determine “marma points” to make your feel comfortable and to let you experience the pleasure same as in acupuncture and reflexology but often massage type is opted that is driven by your body and what you would have determined yourself being suitable.
