Ayurveda is an ancient medical treatment procedure or a system that primarily targets at maintaining mental and physical health for each individual according to body and skin type. It includes treatment like physiotherapy and makes use of oils along with movements to induce soothing sense that helps in building a healthier mind and spirit. In ancient times, Ayurveda used to be an effective practice aimed at creating harmony in human body and assumed as a mix of various energies as in the modern world. Usually, therapist determine “marma points” to make your feel comfortable and to let you experience the pleasure same as in acupuncture and reflexology but often massage type is opted that is driven by your body and what you would have determined yourself being suitable.
